One of the UI mockups provided as reference for the client on how to restructure the PDP.
Context
Betono Mozaika, a leading concrete manufacturer in the Baltic States, wanted to enhance their online store's UX but lacked a clear strategic direction. To guide their efforts, I conducted a comprehensive UX audit grounded in industry standards—leveraging research from the Baymard Institute, the Nielsen Norman Group, established UX heuristics, and my own professional expertise.
The deliverable was a prioritized roadmap of 78 highly actionable UX improvements mapped on an impact/effort scale, complete with detailed rationales linking each change to improved usability and broader business goals.
